Using the Thermax pad is one of the most comfortable and relaxing experiences you'll ever have. It's engineered to freeze or heat at the perfect temperatures every time you use it. The expert-grade inside gel and premium insulation work to hold temperature up to 15 minutes to help relieve even the most severe aches.

Store the product in the freezer for at least 20-30 mins at -20°C (-4°F) to reach the ideal 'frozen' temperature. We recommend leaving it in the freezer so it's ready to use as soon as you need to use it.
For hot therapy, place it without its bag in the microwave for as little as 10 seconds first. If more heat is needed, repeat using 5 seconds increments.

It’s perfect, I keep it in the freezer and take it out when I’m going to elevate my leg, I have a fractured tibial plateau plus inflammation. It just fits over my knee and does the job well

I have been wanting to get a personal sauna for a long time now but didn’t want to break the bank on one as I do not have much room in my apartment for one. This thing fits nicely in my bathroom and it’s portable if I ever want to take it camping or something. Overall I would recommend this sauna, this seller, and for you to go ahead and get one for yourself.

This thermax sleeve is great, specifically the ones I bought was for my elbows/forearms. Takes a few times to get it to as cold/hot as desired but once you have that down, it really helps!
I have used lots of different hot/cold packs. I like this brand the best. These Optimalax sleeves are form fitting and do an excellent job of covering the whole area with heat or cold. IMHO, these are superior to any others I’ve seen or used.

I have had my Thermax tub and have been consistently plunging for 28 days. I keep mine outside on the patio and it has withstood freezing temperatures with no issues. I filled the inflatable pillow thing with water and put it in the freezer to use as an ice pack when the weather doesn’t keep the water as cold as I would like it. Not sure if that’s what it’s for, but it has worked for me. I am happy with the quality of the tub and appreciate the ease of assembly along with the accessories provided. I love making cold water therapy a part of my daily morning routine.

I bought a Thermax hat some years ago and was very happy with the quality. Recently i purchase a similar hat that looked exactly like the Thermax. I was very disappointed with the quality, itchy fabric, way slimmer so not keeping the cold temperature long enough. I recommend to go for the original and not a replica. Maybe a bit more expensive but the quality is definitely guaranteed...
I was pleasantly surprised at how good this felt. I have not had a full blown migraine, thankfully since I bought it so the true test is pending. Overall so far I am happy with this product. Blue color and fabric is SO NICE!

I never write reviews, but this foam roller is amazing. I do triathlons so I basically need to roll everywhere, but a regular foam roller wasn't doing anything for my calves, upper back, and lats. This roller is different as it does have grooves. You can really go deep into tissues for best relief.
I had no idea it was possible to get rid of calves strain so easily. Then I saw a video of someone rolling its cave on this roller and decided to take a plunge. I noticed immediate relief after using it. Super happy!
