The expert-grade inside gel and premium insulation work to hold an almost constant temperature up to 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the temperature increase or decrease very slowly.
Store the pad in the freezer for at least 20-30 mins at -20°C (-4°F) to reach the ideal 'frozen' temperature. We recommend leaving it in the freezer so it's ready to use as soon as you feel a headache coming on.
For hot therapy, place the pad without bag in the microwave for as little as 10 seconds first. If more heat is needed, repeat using 5 seconds increments.

I can't say enough great things about this wrap! It is weighted which makes it feel like a constant gentle pressure massage on a sore neck and shoulders. It is covered with a soft, extremely comfortable, velvety material, and has buttons to keep it in place on your shoulders. My daughter literally wears it around the house all day long like a blanket 😅 Thank you for this great product
This heating pad is amazing! I have chronic trapezius muscle strain; I am either in pain or achey from the top of my neck, down my spine to the middle of my back, and across my “wings” the majority of the time. This heat pad brings me great relief when everything is hurting. The feeling is so nice and when I put the heating pad on I feel like it is instantly soothing my body and energy.
I've been training for a trail race and this has been perfect for relaxing sore muscles after a long, cold run in the mountains. One of the things I never really considered is how much of a beating your neck and shoulders get when running. Stick this for about 30 seconds in a 1000 watt microwave and it'll loosen up the shoulders, neck.

This is a great heat wrap for my neck. It’s versatile actually and can be placed wherever it fits. I warmed it for about 30 seconds and it was like a slightly moist heat that felt soothing to my neck! It’s nice and soft. This would make a great gift for someone who has a few aches and pains- and has everything but this!
This is worth the price in fact it is not expensive at all. I have arthritis pain in my neck. When I am tense my neck aches and my muscles are hurting. I hear this item up in the microwave and it brings me great relieve. It remains heated for approximately twenty minutes. If I am stressed, I use this to relax me as well. If I am cold, I heat this up and get very warmed up again. I love this.
If you someone like me who holds their stress in their shoulders, than this is for you. The heat helps in relaxing the shoulders so they come back down to where they are supposed to be. Heating once will last between 15 -25 minutes. I love mine.
This is great! It warms up easily. It has flax seeds, which is the best I’ve found as a filler for these microwaveable heating pads. It’s soft and feels nice when using it. It holds the heat for a long time.
This pack works pretty well! Its very soft and easy enough to wrap around my shoulders or leg when I'm having some muscle pains. I like that it can be frozen or heated up. It is quite narrow, however, so if you have a larger area that's aching this may not be the best product. For me though it works great and I would get again
The neck pack is good. Simply put that in microwave machine as instructed, take it out, wrap around, and feel the warmth. I do love to make it hotter than suggest to feel the heat. So the heat last for couple minutes before gone.
This is so portable and convenient. I mostly use to as a heat pad. I put it inside the microwave for about 2 minutes and it gives several minutes up to 10 minutes of relief. I use it not just for my neck but for my back as well. I even used it to relieve pain in my feet after a long day of housework. I see it being great for menstrual pain relief.
This is narrow but long. It does wrap well around the neck with more flexibility than a lot of bean heat bags. It feels premium
The pad retains heat/cold well, takes little time to get warmed, and doesn't have any funky scents that linger. It takes only 90 seconds of microwaving to get it to a comfortable temperature and is the perfect size to drape over your shoulders to melt away neck and shoulder pain.
Positives: - Good for warm or cool therapy for joint pain, arthritis, etc. - Heating up is quick as just putting it in the microwave or in the refrigerator for cooling. Heat does last a good 25 minutes before it starts to dissipate and after about 30 minutes needs to be re-microwaved. This is pretty typical of a flaxseed wrap. - This wrap has a nice outer fabric that really comfortable.
Definitely worth it! This is one of those must have’s if you need shoulder or neck pain relief! It has a good weight to it and just feels like it’s loosening up my stiffness. If you microwave this, make sure to clean your microwave 1st or lay something down to prevent it from getting dirty. I’ve got kids around so it’s not easy to keep my microwave the cleanest on a daily basis, so I lined my mic with something 1st before laying this in it to warm it up.

I suffer from constant tension and muscle knots in my neck and shoulders. I use many tools to try to overcome this annoying problem. Out of all of the "tools" in my arsenal, this thermax Pad is becoming a fast favorite! Although I have a heating pad, there's something about the moist heat and gentle pressure this provides that I find really relaxing around my neck and shoulders.
This arrived at a perfect time. I keep all of my stress knotted up in my neck and shoulders and boy were they knotted up when this arrived. I warmed this wrap in the microwave and placed it around my shoulders and neck. Pure heaven!

This was a perfect find for my mom. Her job requires repetitive movements to her arm and shoulder and she carries a lot of stress on her shoulders as well. The pain and tension extents to her back. This heating pad is perfect and right size and weight.
