I have been wanting to get a personal sauna for a long time now but didn’t want to break the bank on one as I do not have much room in my apartment for one. This thing fits nicely in my bathroom and it’s portable if I ever want to take it camping or something. This thermax sleeve is great, specifically the ones I bought was for my elbows/forearms. Takes a few times to get it to as cold/hot as desired but once you have that down, it really helps!
I have used lots of different hot/cold packs. I like this brand the best. These Optimalax sleeves are form fitting and do an excellent job of covering the whole area with heat or cold. IMHO, these are superior to any others I’ve seen or used.

I have had my Thermax tub and have been consistently plunging for 28 days. I keep mine outside on the patio and it has withstood freezing temperatures with no issues. I filled the inflatable pillow thing with water and put it in the freezer to use as an ice pack when the weather doesn’t keep the water as cold as I would like it. Not sure if that’s what it’s for, but it has worked for me. I am happy with the quality of the tub and appreciate the ease of assembly along with the accessories provided. I love making cold water therapy a part of my daily morning routine.

I bought a Thermax hat some years ago and was very happy with the quality. Recently i purchase a similar hat that looked exactly like the Thermax. I was very disappointed with the quality, itchy fabric, way slimmer so not keeping the cold temperature long enough. I recommend to go for the original and not a replica. Maybe a bit more expensive but the quality is definitely guaranteed...
I was pleasantly surprised at how good this felt. I have not had a full blown migraine, thankfully since I bought it so the true test is pending. Overall so far I am happy with this product. Blue color and fabric is SO NICE!
